The translation of the meaning of the Ayah in Surah Tawba: 18: “He only shall tend Allah's sanctuaries who believeth in Allah and the Last Day and observeth proper worship and payeth the poor-due and feareth none save Allah. For such (only) is it possible that they can be of the rightly guided.”

 The Prophet Muhammad "peace be upon him" said, “Whosoever shares in building a Masjid for Allah, even if it is as small as a bird’s nest, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise” Narrated by Ibn Majah.

Approximately 75% of the Muslims who live in Lincoln-Nebraska, are among the immigrants pouring into the US. Indeed, they are a mixture of nationalities and ethnicities; they are from Afghanistan, Pakistan, Somalia, Iraq, Bosnia, ex-USSR countries, few other Arabic and Muslim countries.

It is a great honor to notify that our lovely Masjid is a charitable institution registered officially under the government of Nebraska; needless to say that it is also a member of the North American Islamic Trust (NAIT). It relies heavily after Allah "Subhanaho Wa Ta'ala" on you, brothers and sisters, for financial endorsement.

But, unfortunately, our Masjid is no longer able to host the accumulative and growing number of our brothers and sisters. Whenever an Islamic event happens such as Jumuah or Eid prayers or even our monthly dinner, it really becomes problematic and we feel a great sorrow for the shortage of space our brethrens have inside and outside the Masjid. Most of them had problems with parking, particularly during the snow;
